Reliable machines of modern conception the SFO dough sheeters are functional and practical instruments for pastry workshops, bakeries, restaurants and hotels.

Models:

SFO500B: belt width 500 mm, bench model;

SFO500: belt width 500 mm, model with base;

SFO600: belt width 600 mm, model with base.

Technical features:

Bench models: shoulders of aluminium casting;
Models with base: shoulders of aluminium casting and base of painted steel;
Sheeting rollers of hard chrome, ground and polished;
Belts movement by joystick;
Scrapers easily removable for cleaning;
Handle for adjusting dough thickness;
Entry and exit conveyor belts at different speed to avoid dough wrinkling;
Planes can be lifted in all models; in SFO 600 models the planes are also extractable;
Guards of accident-prevention type;
Voltage: 400V – three-phase-50 Hz;
Conformity with EC norms;
Upon request: croissant cutting device for mod. SFO600 only.
